Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure is a fantasy/sci-fi side-scrolling arcade platform game aimed at kids. Help the little alien Cosmo rescue his parents while stranded on an unknown planet.
The game appears to run on the same engine as Duke Nukem, but uses somewhat different mechanics because of its kid-friendly nature. Instead of shooting enemies, Cosmo jumps on them to defeat them, like in Super Mario Bros. and similar games. However, there are also bombs that he can collect and deploy to take care of roaming monsters, similar to bombs in crates from Duke Nukem. Additionally, you need to collect various fruit to increase your score. A unique feature is Cosmo's ability to use his "suction hands" to climb any vertical surface, which sometimes allows to discover secret areas.
Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure was released as shareware under the Apogee model, meaning that the first free episode in the unregistered version is akin to a short but complete game in itself. The full version with all three episodes is currently available for purchase from digital stores.

Cheats
Full health and bombs: press the following three keys at the same time: C-0-F10. You'll get full health and full bombs. Only works once per game!
Debug mode: press Tab-Del-F12 at once to activate "debug mode". The cheats that are now available are:
F10-G: God mode
F10-M: Display memory statistics
F10-W: Warp
