Spielbeschreibung

Beez is a side-scrolling platform/shooter game where you control a bee warrior in a world of anthropomorphic insects. A rebellion against the Bee Queen has broken out, and the player's mission is to follow the objectives and crush the opposition by any means necessary.

The bee starts with a gun that has unlimited ammo and can be upgraded, and can pick up secondary weapons such as grenades or missiles. It can also fly, but there is an energy meter that slowly depletes and will only regenerate when you're not flying. Many of the insect enemies can fly as well, making fights hectic and quite unpredictable. In some levels, the objective is to find and retrieve the Queen's eggs, and in some you're accompanied by other friendly bees.

The game has up to 21 levels, but lower skill settings limit the number of missions, with only 15 available if you're playing on easy difficulty. The game was released as freeware.
